Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies for that purpose. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell or share what it collects.
Following a link to Amazon
Links to Amazon here are affiliate links carrying a tracking identifier, so Amazon can attribute a purchase to this site. Following one takes you to Amazon, where Amazon’s own privacy policy and cookies apply. We receive commission reports that count purchases; they do not tell us who you are or what else you looked at.
If you write to us we have your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it. That is the only personal information this site’s operator holds, and it exists because you chose to send it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EU or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you may ask what personal data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority.
